Hmm. Soup is good. Warming. But without knowing what you might have available, I don't know. An apple is surprising filling.0

I eat a sweet potato when it's nearing the end of the day and I need to stay full until bedtime.0

Popcorn usually does it for me.0

Chicken breast or tuna might work.0

Boneless, skinless chicken breast is about 100cals for 4oz.0

If you have fresh veggies in then a huge bowl of home made veg soup.0

I recommend Greek Yogurt, 0% fat. My favourite is Liberte, but I'm sure others are great too. I always save it till halfway through the evening when I need it the most. 3/4 cup = 100 calories, so you can have a lot for 200! You can eat it slowly, make it last, and it's amazingly filling.0

Quest Bar
Protein Shake
Tuna
Turkey wrapped around a 50 cal low-fat cheese stick
apple and cheese stick
cottage cheese
celery dipped in laughing cow cheese
chicken breast with a baked tomato with mozzarella on top0 -
I actually have a hard time maintaining the full feeling, and Oikos Greek yogurt is one of the few things that keeps me satisfied. It's only 100 cals and is high in protein.0

2 egg omelet with cheese!0

Spaghetti squash the whole thing is less then 200! I'm eating it right now lol0

How do you prepare it?0 -
Eggwhite omelet with artichoke hearts (use the kind packed in water, not the marinated kind, ick). You can fill up your whole skillet for 200 calories.0

How do you prepare it?
Cut it in half, scoop out the 'guts' bake @350 ( cut side down) for aprox 45 min, let cool for 5 min and then take a fork and scrape it out (throwing away the skin) after that you can really cook it/ eat it with whatever you want. I like it best as a stir fry. My diary is open, I had it for dinner tonight.
But if your staying under the 200 cal mark....imo ....half the squash, spinach, onions, peppers, garlic...0
