NSV- Bloodwork Results on Low Carb

I had a doc visit today, and part of the checkup was going over blood work that I had done last week. This is the 1st lab that I've had done since I started eating low carbs in August 2013, so I was really curious what the results would be. Turns out, it was really good!

My last lab work was March 2013. Since then:

total cholesterol- down 18 points
HDL (good cholesterol)- up 6 points
LDL (bad cholesterol)- down 6 points
Triglycerides- down 89 points!

I also hit a new low on bodyweight today.

When he showed me the numbers and started talking about how good they looked, I said "wait til you hear what I eat", and I told him about my low carb lifestyle. He said keep it up, you are doing great.
