There was too much to go thru when I tried to search and see if this has been posted before so I decided to post anyway. I wanted to have an idea of exactly how big 1lb of human fat is. I dug around on google and found this picture. It makes me appreciate losing 1lb.

haha :P I remember when I started at Herbal Magic, they showed me what 5 pounds of fat looked like. I got to hold it and look at it, and that's really what sticks in my mind everytime I think about it.

I remember a long time ago doing weight watchers, and every quarter pound was a stick of butter. Now, I just imagine all of those sticks as I'm running on the treadmill!!!!!0 -

Great (but kinda gross) post! That definitely helps motivate. I've been thinking about trying to find one of those plastic fat models on the 'net - maybe put it on the coffee table to impress guests.
