Stressed to the max

I'm having a really hard time with life right now and my diet is the one suffering the most. I am trying really hard to get back on track but honestly losing weight is the last thing on my mind and also the first thing on my mind. I have so much else to worry about that I don't have the time or patience to figure out what I need to do or eat. But I also think about losing weight and what to eat all the time. It's just more added stress. I lost 7 lbs since Jan. 1st but I gained back 3 and I haven't had a day under calories all week. I'm losing confidence and my self esteem is lacking. I know I can lose the weight, because I did it before. It's just been a horrible week.

    Big massive hugs!!! :)

Are you able todo some bulk cooking and portion it up so you don't have to think later and can just grab one or the meals? Go for a walk, not to exercise (altho adds it in) but to clear your head from all the stress!! In a quiet place where nobody will stop you for a chat if possible. Listen to some music if that works for you and just clear your mind :)

You could consider upping your calories to maintenance for the week, and continuing with your deficit when you feel a bit more calm.
