Hi folks

I have just joined a few days ago and wondered if there are any Scottish people on the community forums at all. If there are please add me a friend as I would love to have support and banter whilst dieting .

    Hiya, I'm from Falkirk so not so far away! Just signed up yesterday and about to head out on a nice long walk in the rain!!! My hubby has signed up as well.

    Hi there,

    I've just posted my introduction post but I am also from Scotland and I'm just finishing my final year of uni in Stirling :)

    Us Scots really do seem to have the worst diet going!
