    I love this! thank you for sharing! you look amazing! I gained 14 lbs when I started working a desk job 7 months ago! Crazy! I've lost the 14 lbs now but still have a ways to go. Congrats!


    Yess!!! Its so easy to gain weight working a desk job I really had no idea until it happened to me!! Good job keep it up :)

    acid reflux problems are thankfully a problem of the past for me too now that i've lost weight and just plain old don't eat so much! Congrats on feeling and looking better!
