I started working out at a lower pace about 5-6 weeks ago. About a month ago I amped it up with two Les Mills Body Combat classes a week and a bootcamp class. If I have the time/energy I have also been doing a class on the weekends (cycling, etc).
Here is my problem. Last week I did bootcamp on thursday, and I was sore for a few days but no big deal. I missed my monday workout class (again not a huge deal). When I went to body combat on wednesday, I almost passed out halfway through the class. I took a water break, made sure I wasnt holding my breath and then sat out for a few mins. I was eventually able to complete the last 5-10 mins at a lowered intensity. The next night at bootcamp started okay, for 5-15mins until I again started feeling like I was going to drop. Things started seeming fuzzy/darker etc and I was light headed, so again I severely modified the workout and was able to complete (doing knee raises instead of high knees/jumps...jogging instead of sprinting, etc)
I decided to ask the trainer because, well she works out a TON and figured she'd heard of this. I told her I was nursing a 6 month old and she suggested maybe I see if I need to up my food/water. I have been looking at my diary the last couple weeks and I really don't see much difference in my eating from one week to the next. I even got lightheaded this morning cleaning my house.
Here is my question- my diary is public....is anyone able to see if there are some obvious mistakes that I am making? Maybe if someone has had experience with a sudden "loss of steam." I have no pre-exisiting health conditions, and have always had blood pressure right on perfect, or on the lower end of normal. I am not trying to avoid the doctor, I will go if I am unable to fix the problem, but I am ruling out possible dietary/fitness mistakes.
I do have one day last friday where I was very busy and did not track all of my food. I also track *most* of my water, but my actual intake may be 1-3 glasses more.
Any input is very appreciated

Maybe the dieting is catching up to you. I noticed you do give yourself an extra 500 due to nursing. I think that's great but perhaps you are really burning more than that. How many pounds do you plan to lose a week? If it's two maybe lower it to one. Also do you have any other stresses in your life. Such as poor sleep. If your body isn't getting enough energy from eating it needs to replenish it another way like sleeping. And stress will wear any one out.0

I have it set to 1lb a week, I did notice I lost 1.5 lbs this past week, despite eating like 3200cals a day last sat and sunday. And I never thought about lack of sleep! Good points to consider!0

Are you wearing a HRM, or guesstimating calories burned during your training? It's possible the calorie count is off a bit in MFP - I generally find that it is - and a HRM would help you be more accurate there so you know if you're eating enough.
Also, are you still on a prenatal vitamin while nursing? Because if you're not, you may be lacking some important nutrients.
And as the PP mentioned, with a newborn your sleep is probably lacking, and that's enough to give anyone a dizzy moment. If you haven't had enough sleep the night before, consider skipping any heavy exercise and instead do something less strenuous.0
