    As we get older, our bodies respond differently than those younger than us...I am looking for some friends over the age of 40 to struggle with (LOL)...Please add me!

      I'm pretty sure my profile is mostly open, so feel free to have a look at what I've had to say and add me if you like (that goes for all my fellow over-40s)... I'm no expert, but I do try to post and comment as often as I can. I'm down to 192 from my starting weight of 300 (I was down to 243 when I discovered MFP this past summer), so I have learned a few things that work and don't work, at least for me.

      Just beware of occasional bad puns and nerd humor from me. :drinker:
