I always eat Chobani Greek yogurt, French vanilla coffee creamer (fat free), and whole wheat tortillas (Kroger brand & Mission brand), and Kraft white American cheese.
Yogurt is 140 to 160
Creamer is 25 tbsp (I drink about 3 cups & use 7 ish tbsp) its a lot I know
Tortilla is 130
Cheese 60
Anyone have a suggestion for a tasty lower calorie replacement?

Look at everything as a whole...not just the calorie content. Look at the protein content, carbs, fats, fiber, etc... Everyone focuses so much on the calorie content that they forget about everything else. Look to see if it is worth taking the calorie reduction. If one brand out does the other in better stats and just happens to have less calories, then take the lower calories as just a bonus.
For the yogurt, I am a chobani fan. The protein content is higher, and I like the taste better. I only use vanilla or plain...I add my own nuts, berries, honey, etc.. if I want something different or fruity. Plain I use in place of sour cream.
Creamer, I use a sugar free version....but I only have like 2 cups of coffee a day...and I use Stevia in place of sugar.
Tortillas I use whole wheat...whatever is on sale at the time.
Cheese I use reduced fat or part-skim versions....but not because of calories, for macro balances else where in my diet.0 -
You can have it all by using portion control and counting calories. I would skip the coffee creamer, though. I use stevia instead of sugar in my coffee now, and like it just fine. I'd put the coffee creamer on an "occasional treat" list. Corn tortillas are lower calorie than wheat. We switched from the giant wheat tortillas to the small corn tortillas and are liking them just fine.:flowerforyou:0

I switched to powdered fat-free creamer to drop calories there (a 12g/4tsp serv is 50kcals but I find I only need a third of that per 16oz coffee). I have no suggestions on the cheese -- I love cheese, eat the real stuff, and just tend to buy it very thinly sliced from the deli so I can adjust my serving size easily. I don't see the problem with your Chobani since it's a great protein source, but if you want to cut the cals you could switch to the Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt cups -- 80kcals per, still excellent protein. For the tortillas, I switched to Carb Chopper wheat tortillas, which are 70kcals each.0

I eat Chobani yogurt too. In order to lower the calories I eat the fruit flavored yogurt but do not stir it up. I eat only the yogurt. You still get a slight flavor of fruit, all the yogurt, and it cuts about 30 calories from that one serving.0
