not sure I qualify as awesome..
but I got to around 11% body fat by lifting heavy compound movements, eating in deficit, hitting macros, and training abs about 1x per week 30-40 minutes...I did more cardio previously to help aid in body fat loss..
no work out dvd here - ever0 -
I did Insanity (for less than A month because my lap top crashed) and had great results.0

6 minute abs, once a month.
You welcome.0 -
I don't qualify for awesome abs, but mine are coming from lifting heavy (primarily compound lifts), eating less than I'm burning, and watching macros.0

It's that deadlifts, squats, bench press and pull up DVD called, "I lift things up and I put them down."0

Define awesome
I can do awesome bellyrolls and even make a quarter move down or up my belly (with my ab muscles). That has to count for something
So the Suhaila 'Pilates' DVD is what I use to drill those.
Not what you meant, I bet, lol.0 -
is there an app i can get for $3 on Android?0
-
my awesome abs are covered by an even more awesome layer of fat right now. They were cold and needed some insulation.0

me too.0 -
I do a Rodney Yee Power Yoga video or YogaX (from P90X) once a week, and have now for about the past 2 years.
.....but that FAR from the reason my abs show. Strength training (BW mostly) and diet have FAR more to do with it than the yoga videos, which are done more for flexibility and mobility than anything else, to stay active on my rest day.0 -
