Hi to every one out there I hope your doing well , I am down cant seem to shift the weight , feeling tried all the time have no drive to do any thing, I do start then stop , because I find some else to do instead of exercise, can any one offer help xxxxx0

Welcome! Log everything you eat accurately & honestly. Find reliable database entries. (There's a lot of incorrect data in there.) Weigh your food. Log your exercise, and eat back your exercise calories. If you're not losing, eat back half your exercise calories.
