Slowly but surely

Hi All,
I have been at this since about June, but only started taking progress photos in September (ugh!). That is when I started with strength training and at that point I have already lost 4kg (lbs 8.8) with diet alone.
Since then I have shed another 3.8kg (lbs 8.3) and my body has gone through some small changes that make me ecstatic! I have decided to take it slow and not to deprive myself of anything (like I did in the beginning on the infamous 1200 calories:)), and I am feeling great.
I'm 5'6 and 139lbs at the moment, planning to take it to about 128 before trying a bulk (need to get back my butt, which is where I lost the most inches lol).
Anyways I have seen so many big transformations and found them amazing. The willpower of all of you out there is inspiring. I wanted to share my small story too, for those that don't have 100s of pounds to lose and are working on reshaping their body or shedding those last few pounds.

We all start some place and you look great! I started at 200 pounds and I wish I could say it was all baby weight from my last pregnancy but the truth is I let myself get heavy.0

Well this isn't even my worst, I saw some pics from 2008 and was terrified. It's scary how easily the pounds creep up, being it extra 30 or extra 100. I root for everyone that attempts to turn it around.
you look fab in your pic, looks like you have been successful0
