Hello everyone,
I've been on MFP for a year. I'm an early morning riser and I love working out. But I need to change my eating habits. I don't eat meat, bread or sweets, sometimes a little pasta. I stopped drinking soda a few months ago. I really have no idea what to change in regards to eating but something has to give. I enjoy cross fit, HIIT and PAC.

I workout in the mornings and I'm trying new foods specially vegetarian, to try to cut on my calories. I'm currently trying to loose at least 15 lb. to be able to compete at the gym competitions. I already added you.0

I eat a lot of salmon and tuna fish but I need something more. I'm tired of eating the same thing everyday. I haven't had meat in 3 years. Believe me, I would love a good steak. Lol! I'm trying to loose 40 more pounds. I added you as well.0
