Hi! This is my first post so I'm sorry if there's another thread. I tried to search for one. Anyway, I was looking for some ideas/tips to increase my protein that is not a protein shake. I used to think I ate a lot of protein but I never hit my goal. Any ideas would be vey much appreciated

Meat, beans, hummus, tofu, dairy (particularly greek yogurt and cottage cheese), chia/hemp seeds, brewer's yeast, eggs.0

Well, there's peanut butter, eggs, and nuts for quick fixes. I know meat generally connotes long cooking time, but fish fillets are really fast and easy. Fish also has great fats in it as well.
If you're talking about percentage goals, it'll help you even more to substitute instead of just trying to cram it in. Going for an extra apple or banana? Grab a handful of nuts.0 -
I am always way over my protein. I eat a lot of Greek yogurt, chicken and a gluten free protein bar every day.0
