It's that time of night when I have the option - eat some more baklava, or press the button. The visual way of saying to yourself .you. .have. .had. .enough.
It's like the electronic equivalent of cleaning your teeth. It's pretty final for me. Does anyone go back on the button?

I don't even click that button at all anymore. Didn't see a point unless I wanted to see a completely made up number of what I would weigh in 5 week.s0

I don't bother to press it, if i want to eat something and i see I have calories left, I eat it. If I see that I don't have any calories left, I don't eat anymore.0

That's how I am....like taking my contacts out and brushing the teeth.....You're done for the night/day! The "weight you'lll weigh" in 5 weeks is bull, but it's more a psychological thing to press the button! PRESS THE BUTTON!!!0

I press the button to say DONE. I have only gone back on the button twice, and both times logged it. It is a good thing for me, closure.0
