New Girl Here

Hello everyone,

I just joined MFP and am really excited to begin my journey to a healthier me! I had gained about 40 lbs with my pregnancy with my son (who's now 9 years old-can I still call it baby weight? :ohwell: ), and gained another 15 or so as the years went on. So in all, I've got about 60+ lbs to lose. I'm ready to make real changes in my life; diabetes runs rampant in my family, and I'm just tired of feeling trapped inside my body. I welcome any advice and motivation from y'all- I need all the help I can get!
