Best at home workouts?

Options
Hi everyone,
I am looking for types of at home workouts varying from cardio, core, yoga, online videos.. anything! I have a gym membership at my work but I am only there Monday through Friday so I am looking for some workouts I can do on the weekends. Right now the only equipment I have is a yoga mat & 5lb weights. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!

I just started 30 day shred and it's a great mixture of cario, strength, and abs, and all you need it weights and a yoga mat!

If you have a Wii, any of the Just Dance games are a frickin' blast! You can seriously sweat if you really go for it. I make sure the the curtains are drawn when I do it...seeing me try to dance like Beyonce or Shakira is down right embarassing. There are also blasts from the past like The Time Warp, salsa type dancing, all kinds of stuff.

Try Tiffany Rothe on youtube. She has all sorts of workouts and they are only 15 minutes. She also has website. Normally, I sync my tablet to the TV and operate it from the tablet so the workouts are viewed on the TV.

+1 on Fitness Blender. Their videos are on Youtube, and if you have a Smart TV you can put the workout right up on the big screen. Do it for my Kettlebell work out.

Pop pilates! The workouts are short, but I've found that when I do them consistently, I see results pretty quickly .

I have a bunch of Leslie Sansone's "Walk Away the Pounds" videos and love them. You don't need much as far as extra equipment and they are easy to follow. Only 4 basic steps and come many lengths from 1 mile to 5 miles. You can either get the DVD's or download from the Walk Away the Pounds website.

I see you have a playstation. Now, I have the wii version of this game, and though there are things that annoy me about it much of that can be traced back to how it works for the wii. I can't get the heartrate monitor to sit right. But even without using it you feel the burn. It's not worth full price, but if you find it on sale or use, you should get it.

It's a great introduction to new exercises. And it's fun, if glitchy at times.
