So yesterday was my 20th day on my lifestyle change. I started at 260 and weighed in yesterday at 248... ???????????????? even tho I have been walking && trying new things but I just do not have the energy I desire. I'm still just as tired and I can't find a fix. Anyone have any suggestions that may help?

    Around 1500-1800 calories a day.

Are you doing any specific diets? Like low-carb? Or are you just eating normally within your calorie goal?

I ask this because a major source of energy comes from Carbs. If you're cutting out too many, you may experience lack of energy from that. Also make sure you're getting enough protein.

You may just want to keep an eye on your macros for a bit and make sure you're hitting your targets.

I'm not sure if walking is all you're doing, but for me, I suffered from low energy too until I started weight training again. I honestly think doing that boosted my energy a lot because it increased my testosterone. I even think my hair has been looking thicker.
