How much water weight do you gain on your lady time?

I had been doing really well sticking to my calories, and working out daily and finally got going losing weight, and then my lady time came along and I gained back about a half pound, and haven't seen my scale move at all either direction since.
I'm only on day three, but I was just curious, how much bloating/water weight do other ladies experience? I totally fatted out yesterday, but other than that I haven't let my crippling abdominal pain get me off track. Should I just accept that the extra half pound will go away in a few days and get on with my life?

Sanp, I'm on day 4. My scale only went down 1/4lb this week and I'd been working really hard!!! So I'm hoping and just retaining a good pound of water..0
-
I gain 2-3 lb the week before and it disappears on the first day or two.0
-
2-3 here. And I lose them by my 4th day of period.0

2-4 pounds...I lose it by the 3rd day of my period0

A couple of pounds. I now avoid the scale one week every month, I'm emotional enough 0 0

The week before, I gained 5-6 pounds that magically went away by the second day of the curse.0
-
My weight increases by 2-3 pounds every time, around 2 days before my period. It then magically disappears by the next week. (I weigh myself weekly, not daily.) 0 (I weigh myself weekly, not daily.) 0

I gain around three to four, and then I stay that weight until my period ends. I'm not sure if there's any way to avoid or lessen that, but I'd sure like to find out since I just realized the day I'm supposed to weigh in for a diet bet is going to fall on the first day of my period.0

Typically up to 5lbs. Isn't that awful? But KNOWING that helps keep things in perspective.0

1 to 2.5 kg, depends on how bad is the period.0

Oh thank God I don't have "Lady times" anymore!! I had a hysterectomy 7 years ago and i've felt wonderful ever since. I no longer have to plan my life around the "calnedar." I feel for you!!!!0

This month, six lbs. I weighed 145 on Thursday when I started, and I weigh 139 today.0

I can leap to about 5lbs and the week before seems to rock back an fall about 2lbs. I hate it is so discouraging! My belly looks likes it's been pumped up with helium. Attractive much?:explode:0

Lol, yeah Lady Time. I work with mostly men, which has lead to me using some pretty odd phrases.lady time??? lol......upto 4 pounds whilst mentruating and at least 2 in the build up to it....can't stop it so may as well accept it..
I'm glad to hear that I am not the only one who bloats up even to move the scale. I've never kept to a weightloss plan long enough to ever weigh myself during my period before, I was worried.0

maybe half a pound - pound, and than it comes right off after the fourth day. I drink a lot of water regularly and I haven't really ever gained weight around the time of my period.0

It's water weight, it will go away. I don't know how much I gain and I really don't care how much I gain anyways. I focus on the weight loss trend, rather than on numbers on a scale 4-7 days out of the month.0

1-5 lbs. over the course of 4 days (day before my course starts and the 3 days I have it) and it leaves the day after my period ends.0
-
1-3lbs at the beginning and by the last day it's gone.0
-
            I really do think I gained 20
