Hi everyone.
My name is Mike and 28 years old. I am new here but not really new to dieting. I started my new lifestyle change on christmas night when I reached my all time highest weight of 322. I decided enough is enough and I will take my body back over. I always thought I was eating healthier foods but I knew my portion size was to large. I am now eating smaller meals and more frequently throughout the day and I find that counting calories is actually satisfying and not annoying so I joined here to keep a daily log for myself. I have a read a few success stoires and they are insipiring. If other people can do it I know I can. My main goal is to reach 215 with a good amount of muscle, but my first goal is to reach 250 or less by September in time for my wedding. I have a decent amount of knowledge on nutrition and exercise, but never put it into use for some reason. Time to change!

Hi Mike sounds like you know the how's to do it, and you have the motivation. I think you'll make it! Maybe you and your partner can start working out together or go for walks together, really great quality time! Good luck!!!0

Thank you. I have a friend that joined a gym with me just because he is a good friend and knows everyone needs a partner every once in awhile. Finding this site is awesome. The one problem I had over the years is being discouraged thinking I would drop weight faster. But I know that I need to be patient and looking at all your goal bars and stories really keep my mind on track.0
