Some music motivates me to be more focused when I am exercising or focusing on a goal.
I am working on building a better playlist while working out and walking to stay focused.
So what music gets YOU moving?

I am a female senior citizen, go to NYS Club and put my Disco CD into their player. Then I using the boxing speed bag and body bag. I punch the bags with the rhythm of the music. I love it, feel strong and empowered. Also burns calories. Donna Summers is my favorite. It motivates me and I feel great when I leave.0
