Music that gets you moving.

Some music motivates me to be more focused when I am exercising or focusing on a goal.

I am working on building a better playlist while working out and walking to stay focused.

So what music gets YOU moving?

I'm a total geek, but I have this album of remixed Legend of Zelda music that I love to listen to while lifting. I also love Lindsey Stirling and Explosions in the sky.

On really heavy days, or cardio, I usually go with rap like Eminem, Angel Haze, and Jay-Z to get pumped up.

  • I am a female senior citizen, go to NYS Club and put my Disco CD into their player. Then I using the boxing speed bag and body bag. I punch the bags with the rhythm of the music. I love it, feel strong and empowered. Also burns calories. Donna Summers is my favorite. It motivates me and I feel great when I leave.
