Okay so, I have been trying to find out the right amount of calories to eat in order to lose weight. But every calculator I use says something drastically different. Can anyone give me some insight or recommend a calculator to use that is most accurate? (I'm 5'5 & 184lbs)

That's always tricky. You want to make sure you aren't in starvation mode by not eating enough or by thinking that you are burning more than you actually are. How much are you exercising now and how many calories are you eating now?0

I eat around 1280 & I exercise 3-4 days a week for 30-45 min. Usually burn around 4300

Don't overcomplicate things. Use the MFP defaults. Enter your activity level & choose a goal. You'll be given a calorie goal w/ your deficit built in. Log everything you eat accurately & honestly. Find reliable database entries. (There's a lot of incorrect data in there.) Weigh your food. Log your exercise, and eat back your exercise calories. If you're still not losing, eat back half your exercise calories.
