i work out for at least two hours a day and i eat right throughout the week but on the weekends ( saturday and sunday) i take a break and indulge myself an a treat meal, like last night i had buffalo chicken tenders and a small amount of fries,
does anyone else think this is a good idea? or should i just keep with my strict meal planing and workouts through the weekend?
thoughts?

You can, or you can just leave enough calories so they fit in your diet.0

I think it's a lovely idea, especially if it's working for you.0

"If it ain't broke, don't fix it"
If what you're doing is working for you and not unhealthy in the long run (i.e. starvation, purging, binge-eating, etc) then there's no reason to stop.0 -
cool!! thanks a bunch!!! i was kinda worried about the amount of calories i was consuming and the guilt that comes with indulging, but now that i know i can ill keep at it0
