I was just wondering is sushi healthy for you when you're trying to loose weight?

As long as it fits into your calorie and macro goals, sushi is fine.
If you are worried about calories from the rice, have sashimi instead.0 -

Plug it in and make it fit. Just choose well, try to avoid the crunches and spicy mayo and don't have too much.0

It's an excellent source of clean protein. No added transfats from deep frying. Some pieces are fattier, like Toro (fatty tuna) and Salmon. Other cuts are leaner, but all in all, sashimi is an excellent source.0
