    It's really difficult to see changes when you're in all black on the after pics, but great job!

    Personally, I think it's pretty easy to see how much different my body shape is regardless of clothing color, but thanks. My after photos were not planned and simply taken from recent events - Disney vacation in October and 5K race in December.
