Looking for friends/support

Hey all! I'm not exactly new to MFP but new to these forums. I lost about 30lbs back in 2012 and I have maintained that weight within 10lbs. However, January 3rd of this year I have decided to lose the rest of the weight plus the 10-15lbs I gained. So my SW in 2012 was 199 and I got to 170, last time I weighed myself I was 181. I have yet to weigh myself since January 3rd which is when I started my journey again, but this time as a lifestyle. I'm just going to continue as I am without worrying about the # on the scale, however my goal is to get to 160 by the end of March. I would like to meet others for encouragement and support as I am doing this alone and I find it very difficult and struggle every day but I am hanging in there...Good luck to all!!!

The closer you are to goal, the slower you lose. A realistic goal is .5 lb. per week.

Glad you are back and making a new commitment to your journey - that's awesome! Keep us posted as you are comfortable. If it helps, set goals for your calories and the weight numbers will go along for the ride!0
