Does anybody do sprinting intervals on the treadmill? Im sprinting on the treadmill 6 days a week for 8 intervals (about 20 mins) and then moderate pace for another 10 mins.
Im asking if this is too often to do sprinting? I read on a article that if youre able to do sprinting intervals everyday then you are not doing them right. I feel good sprinting everyday but I will cut down or speed up the pace if it is not going to help me lose fat in the long run.
Im pretty exhausted and sweating when Im done, I dont feel the need to pick up the pace at this time, but I also do not feel the need to cut down sprinting everyday.

Nah, if you feel fine then you're fine. 20-30 minutes per day is not excessive and if your performance isn't suffering and you enjoy it, then why stop

I do interval inclines when I power walk and can really burn some calories. If your comfortable I would think your fine.0 -
If your doing sprint intervals to represent a HIIT type cardio I believe 6 days a week is too much. 3-4 days (every other day) would stimulate your metabolism effectively. Thats granted your doing your HIIT correctly, 30-45sec of 100% followed by 60sec of recovery repeated 6-5 times. Heres a youtube vid that explains the same. If this isn't what your talking about my apologies. : )
