Hey, need some friends for motivation. I don't eat healthy and even the thought of exercise gives me a sore head hehe.
Wanting to make a change though!
I put on a lot of weight since having my baby a year and a half ago. Also, I kept telling myself thatI didnt have enough time or energy to exercise and snacked as it was easier than making meals when taking care of a baby after coming home from working full time.
I'm ready for the excuses to stop now though...here we go!

Hi I had a baby 2 years ago and still blame him why I am fat when actually I just love crap food but new year new start and all is going well so far . I've found going to the gym fantastic for self esteem . Good luck I'm sure you will reach your goals in no time at all :-)0
