So I began taking this A LONG time ago. I saw it at Costco, and I over heard some other customers talking about that I said....oh what the hell. I eventually finished the bottle and on my next round to Costco I bought another. This is way before I discovered MFP and really got serious about my weight loss journey, so I was not really "watching" my diet nor excercising really. Anyway, I still have a bottle in my fridge -opened but practically full -from who knows when (but not expired!)....so this morning I was like oh what the heck, might as well finish it...so I took my two capfuls (2 TBS).
Anyway, have any of you (or are any of you) taking this??...Any feedvack would be nice. Thoughts? I am taking "Body Choice - Hoodia Weight Loss - High Fiber - Pomegranate". It's not the best tasting thing in the world, but it is certainly not the worst either. Stuff that is good for you is typically not all that in flavor anyway.
Looking forward to hearing from you!....have a nice weekend!

idk about Hoodia but i just discovered a product called "ultimate meal"...i found it recommended on Kristen's blog then i read the reviews on iherb.com which is the cheapest place i've found it so far & man, it is amazing... i have lost about 5 pounds & gotten down to my goal weight & it wasn't even hard... it has so many good nutrients so i figure if the body is nourished it will let go of the fat...my cravings have gone away... i told my best friend & she started taking it & has lost 4 pounds so far... we make smoothies about 300-500 calories for breakfast & lunch then eat additional snacks & dinner up to our calorie amount depending on if we exercised... anyway, check it out... alot of reviewers said they lost weight so i thought i'd try it... the taste is fine w/banana & i prefer berries with it to make it a little tart instead of the apple they recommend. you can do any fruits you want though... it also has lots of natural healthy fiber & is easier to digest because it has sprouted grains... it's a little expensive but worth it to me... angie0

Looks good and its less than 1/2 the price of Shakeology but seems to do the same thing. Thanks!0
