Help!

hello ;) well my goal is to lose as close to 50 pounds as i can in 5 months. I have a great gym membership but always find myself discouraged to go because i have no idea what im doing. does anyone know of a site or resource that allows you to build your own gym workout depending on your goal? I want to do the machines then cardio but dont know which do to or how to do it.

    To help encourage you, ask at the membership desk if they have personal trainers. In a single session your trainer could walk you through each machine and explain what areas it targets. Many machines can be used in different ways to target different areas, or are set up in such a way that you would do a circuit and target multiple areas in a single workout.
