i'm currently doing the p90x3... i would like to enter the exercise in for the calorie burn... there are no options for this... help??!!??

    hey there. i did p90x. i just hit add exercise, typed in what video i did and added the cals per my hr monitor. it's nice bc once u get them all in u don't have o add anymore. just click and add ur cals burned. how is the workouts going?

    .... i don't have a heart monitor... :( i guess i'll have to buy one because i really want to use this website and the p90x3 videos...

    a hr monitor would come in handy. i mean...u could estimate ur cals...but it wont b accurate. u can also go to the p90x site...i think there is a calorie counter/estimate on there also. u just pick which exercise u did and how long. type in p90xcaloriesburned i think and it pops up. hope this is helping. =]
