Hi everyone! Just joined the site.
I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight before I head home for New Years :) (I want to look good in my dress!!)
Any tips would be much appreciated!

    Welcome. I use the food diary and exercise tracker. They help keep me motivated - even when I go over on my calories every once in a while.

    i also use the food diary and exercise tracker every day. i also love the supportive MFP community. if i ever need encouragement or have a question about anything, i just post on the message boards and get quick responses. it's great! and addictive!
