    My new mantra - don't cheat when you eat. If you eat it add it to your food diary. Be accountable but don't lay any guilt trips on yourself. Take it one day at a time and keep your eyes on your goal. The tools here make it real easy to do that.

    Hi Lisa, Welcome. I am 3 weeks old on this site and have had more success than ever before. It should come with a warning as it is quite addictive. I log everything and I have learnt so much from this, and I thought I knew it all. :) Enjoy and I wish you great success.
