I am married with two kids, 9 and 5. I have struggled for years with my weight. I hope this plan will help me and happy to know there is support out there. If you have any suggestions please feel free to let me know.

    Since losing weight is an ever internal struggle just know that there are a number of us on MFP who are going through this same conflict on a daily, hourly, minute-by-minute basis so don't be shy in trying to reach out for help.
