Hello! Just starting to use myfitnesspal properly after putting on weight while recovering from surgery. Looking for friends to motivate and inspire me to change ![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
My goals are to combine a healthy diet with exercise in order to lose approximately 25kg so I've got a long hard journey ahead of me. Would love it if people would add me as a friend to keep me on track!

I'm not perfect on the healthy eating but that's one of my goals. I'm interested in the gym competitions by this summer so I want to at least have lost 15 lbs by then. I want to loose at least 30 lbs more but I know it's not gonna happen overnight. Just added you so we can support each other.0
