Hi I'm Mimi, and I really want to lose like 40 - 50lbs by the end of this year! I'm pretty self confident really but I just want to feel healthier and happier, and to be able to do cardio for more than 5 minutes without needing to stop because I feel tired or ill.

Anyway it's nice to meet you all and I wish you luck on your fitness journey :)
