Anyone have any suggestions for healthy snacks? Aside from fruit/veg.

What sort of macros are hoping to use your snacks for? Do you want sweet or savoury? Crispy and crunchy?
I like rice cakes with spready cheese, humous with carrot sticks, popcorn, hardboiled egg, and pickles.0 -
wasabi seaweed sheets, kale chips, raw pumpkin seeds, edamame, dried granola and fruit mix.0

One of my favourites is roasted chickpeas with rosemary and garlic spice, as well as some fresh garlic added. VERY satisfying. But a bit too good, so it is easy to over-eat
I also like to snack on biltong or chili-bite if I want something spicy - is also pure protein.
Fat free yogurt and fat-free cottage cheese are also good for a snack attack, and you can flavour them differently each time as you wish
What about a protein shake? Mmmm... I make mine with loads of ice so it becomes like a milkshake!0 -
Wha about popcorn? Natural! I make it at home!!0

I love roasted kale chips (although veg they don't feel like you're having veg!), baked oaty slices, boiled egg, water crackers and hummus.0

i like Wholly Guacamole spicy snack packs (100 calories) I eat it with celery sticks. Totally satisfying and good for you.0
