This is the run...

Hello, everyone.

Back in 2008 I lost over 50lbs and loved it. Maintained it for two years... and then she happened. She broke my heart, and when my heart gets broken I break out the Pizza, Fast Food, and Ice Cream :-)

At any rate, I am up to 265 lbs and it is time to say good-bye to it again. I know how to do this, I just need motivation as it is not easy to do... I am sure you all know.

Looking for some MyFitnessPal friends to keep in touch with, motivate each other, and share this journey with... and some times vent with, cause this is going to suck.

Wishing you all the best,

~Drazen

Almost exactly the same situation as you. Had some serious setbacks (personal and fitness) and woke up five years later at almost 250. Started running again, started thinking positively about staying injury free and I'm finding my groove once more. I'm taking it slower, building in rest days and being way more meticulous about diet, rather than just working out constantly and eating whatever I feel. My biggest stumbling block was portions, now its alcohol but that's another story. Feel free to add me or look at my diary (ignore all the whiskey and red wine though :p )
