How much will you lose in 2014

Hello everyone. I was wondering how many of you would be in for a little challenge for the year. We will do percentages to make it fair. The formula for those of you who don't know how to figure out the percentage of weight loss is very simple
starting weight minus your current weight which will give you how many pounds you have lost. Then take that number and divide it by your starting weight and you will get a decimal number. Multiply that number by 100 and there you have it. Thats how much percentage of your weight loss you have loss
So im currently 238 and my goal is 150. So that's 88 pounds I Need to lose. Take 88 and divide by the starting weight and I get 0.369. Multiply that by 100 and I need to lose 37%
We can do weekly check ins and see how everyone is doing. Whose in for the challenge of 2014? Weigh in days will be Friday's. And you can let everyone know what percentage you loss out of how much you need to. You can post the formula with your weight if you want but you do not have to. Starting out everyone needs to post what the percentage that they need to lose total.

Well, we are here to help one to another, i also think 30 lbs in 3 months is too extreme, and it can be unhealthy if you force yourself to lose weight that fast... take care!0 -

117/277=42.2
100*42.2=42.2%
But in 2014, my goal is 21.1%, or half that amount/1 lb a week.0 -
