I had a 'Muscle Milk' shake the other day and realized it kept me fairly full and kept my appetite down.
Muscle Milk unfortunately has A LOT of sugar in it,and protein (I'm not trying to bulk up)
so I was wondering if anyone may know of any similar drinks with less calories,less sugar,less EVERYTHING but with the same general 'filling' affect Muscle Milk has?

Honestly? Water does it for me. When I'm hungry (or just bored) I drink and it keeps me full.0

Any hot drinks; I even just use hot water sometimes if I'm really hungry
Green tea and black coffee help speed up metabolism though so it's like a two-in-one0 -
Water absolutely does not work for me. It leaves me feeling hungrier than before. Maybe I'm not drinking enough? Haha.
But I've been using water anyways. It takes the edge off my appetite,but doesn't help curb it,really.0 -
Muscle Milk Light has 2 grams of sugar. You can buy it in powder form and mix your own.

You can't have it all ways! In order to stay satisfied longer, it helps to increase your intake of protein and healthy fats. Protein is not going to make you bulk - that is a myth. Also, I find eating more fresh fruits and veggies and whole grains helps a lot. Some of that has to do with the fiber content and I believe the other part is that these foods are less processed. In my experience, more processed foods just don't keep me full as long. For example - traditional instant oatmeal will leave me wanting while slow cooked steel cut oats keep me full longer.0

You can make your own whey protein shake with no sugar added whey and any flavors you want. You can also add Chia or flax or hemp seeds for extra staying power.0
