Looking for a few friends for accountability and support

Hi, I'm a 37 yo French Canadian mommy of two ( excuse me in advance for mispelled word lol). I would like to loose about 75 pounds by the end of the year. I've started seeing a nutritionist on Jan 8, 2014. I have lost 6,8 pounds and 8,25 inches in two weeks. Some day are harder then other as I had to cut back on tons of foods ( that I am not aloud to eat for now).

I would like to have a few friends that will support me and make me accountable what I am eating or doing. I will sometime go over my calorie intake goal from MFP because I use the journal as a way to keep track of my food intake as recommanded by my nutritionist. I believe that you need a healthy and balance diet. Now I just need to add some exercise to my routine.

If you will like to be my friend, send me a request with a little message about you. If I think we could be a good match I will add you :)

I'm new here myself, and I'm in a similar boat. Looking for some "accountability" friends. I've found that when I pass by that extra cake in the office kitchen, my first thought now isn't "ooh, that'll taste good", but rather "hmm, I'm gonna have to put that on my food diary". Being accountable has kept me going rather than "sneaking" food or just giving up altogether. FR sent.

    I added you :)

Yep I know the feeling to see that extra sweet in the office Kitchen... so tempting. I'm pretty good most of the time. I also hate that I will have to see that in my diary. Most of the time it's what`s keeping me from eating it haha
