Hi Gang- I can't believe it has been a year since i started a 10 week fitness challenge Jan 28 2013. I guess I made it a 52 week challenge. I'll admit its been frustrating at times but overall it has been a really good experience. I'm not losing crazy numbers like a lot of you guys but I keep progressing and I'll just have to hang my hat on that even though I wish and expected to be further along.

Jan. 28th 2013 measurements:
Neck- 20" Today- 17.5"
Chest- 59 Today- 49.5
Waist- 60 Today- 50
Hips - 55 Today- 44.5
Thigh- 32 Today- 27

So I'm about 60% to where I want to be, I look forward to another great year.
