    I've found decent enough sports bras that I only need one for these pesky-*kitten* F-cups. If I don't feel like breaking out my armband, I just run to the sounds of nature and local traffic.

    Want a laugh? I started my workout (jumping rope) and realized I didn't have my arm band for my iPod and didn't have pockets. What to do? I put my iPod in my waist band but it kept slipping. So next best thing- I put it in between my two sports bras (you know what I'm talking about- gotta support the twins when jumping!) Worked perfectly!

    What does this have to do with DDD or more? Anyone with even just one sports bra could accomplish the same thing.
