Does anyone know of an equivalent exercise for the mountain climbers done in Insanity's Plyo? I usually end up jogging in place, because they make me nauseated. Am I the only one with this problem?

I know in T25 they show the modification for this as just basically less intensity. She just lifts each leg and the alternate arm without the jumping (of course I know that takes the plyo part away). :) Just do what you can then do your jogging in place and continue to work into it. Each day, week, etc, you will be able to do the mountain climber part more and more! You will get to a point where you will be able to do it completely all the way through without having to go to lower modifications or jogging!! Good luck on your Insanity journey!! :)

Not really. I've tried just stepping, and that's better, but not great. The nausea goes away when I start joggin in place, so I don't know if it's an arms above the head thing; maybe I'll just try high knees.
