1 US gallon of milk takes up the same space as 7.8lbs of fat.
20lbs of fat is the same size as 2.56/gal of milk.

1lb of fat is 29.05 cubic inches, or a cube 3.09 inches on each side
1lb of muscle is 23.89 cubic inches, or a cube 2.88 inches on each side
Grab the 5 dice in Yahtzee...that is about the difference in size between the two

So, how many gallons of fat have you lost?
3.67 gallons for me.

1gal = 7.8lbs
2gal = 15.6lbs
3gal = 23.4lbs
4gals = 31.2lbs
5gals = 39lbs

For those challenged by math (Weight you have lost in lbs / 7.8) = gallons
