broccoli recipe suggestions?

I just bought a large bag of broccoli florets (sp?) and am already tired of eating it raw (in salads and by itself). Any suggestions for simple ways to cook it? Keep in mind, I'm moving soon and my pantry's next to bare.

I steam mine until it's soft, blend it with a little bit of melted laughing cow cheese and make kind of a soup.0

The soy sauce/sesame oil idea is right up my alley. Thanks!
I like the cheese idea, but feta's not a fave. Hmm... maybe parmesan? You got me thinking. Thanks!
I know some people use cauliflower to make fake "mashed potatoes". Can you do something like that with broccoli?0 -
Oooh! More great ideas! Thanks, ladies!0

I would think it would be too fiberous to mash. But you could try. I used to like to put it on a George Foreman and grill it slightly. Just a pinch of salt and it was yummy.0

Yeah, I'm afraid if I did get it soft enough to mash, all the nutrients would be cooked out of it. Hmm...0
