How many calories should I consume?

I have been wearing my BodyMedia armband for two months. I ran a report that downloaded information from the last 21 days. My average calorie burn is 2600 calories per day. How many calories should I be eating in order to safely lose 1.5lbs per week?

I am eating about 1300 now and am not losing (maybe a pound or two in the last 30 days). I think this is because I am not eating enough. BodyMedia recommended the 1300 calories. I track all of my calories on MFP. Also, what is a good ratio of carbs, protein and fats?

As a side note, I am exercising about 60 minutes per day (Zumba, spinning, Rockin Body) five to six days per week and am eating the diet that is suggested by Beach Body that came with the Rockin' Body DVD set. I do not eat bread, pasta, white potatoes, white rice, chips, cookies, fast food etc. I basically eat "clean." I am 34 years old, 5'6 and 170lbs. I have been a regular exerciser for most of my life (played sports in high school and college) and active as an adult.

Your feedback is appreciated :)

Theoretically, and the way myfitnesspal does it. Is for every pound you want to lose subtract 500 from the amount you burn daily. So for 1.5 pounds you would subtract 750 from what you burn everyday. So in theory you would eat 1,850 if your numbers are correct.

However, another method would be to take your TDEE (2600) and subtract 20 or 25%.

So if the numbers you gave are correct. You would eat around 2,080 calories a day if you subtracted 20%. Don't eat back your exercise calories since they are a part of your TDEE.

As far as ratios, I use the default mfp. However, there are a lot of different opinions on this. Sorry I can not be of more help in that area.
