Weighing and logging.

Should I start weighing food instead of logging? E.g. a slice of brown bread is 111 cals when I scan the barcode, however by 100g which is about 2 slices it's a different number, should I weigh the 2 slices and go by that number?

I personally weigh food. Sometimes a package will say it has 200 grams but when you weigh it, it's actually 250 grams. I feel like if you go by weight it's more accurate. Like with bread, it depends on the size of the slice, so weighing it will give you a better idea of how much you're actually eating.0
