Great thread, thanks for posting! I'm always looking for new food to try. Anyone have good ideas about foods you can make in advance and freeze later? I'm always struggling with having healthy food ready. Anything that ISN"T chilli, I hate that!0

From skinnytaste I made the chicken parm last night and added garlic to the butter. Was good.
I have also made the cilantro like rice, corn salsa and chipotle shredded need to make my own Bols like chipotle. Meat freezes well for quick dinners too=)0 -

I like Food.com and Delish.com - these websites have a recipe scale that changes the number of servings you want to serve.
We have two in my family.. I usually select 4 so that I have another meal I can serve for a lunch or dinner.0 -

We have only two in our family as well.. and I usually cook a bit more for another meal..I love cooking and.I firmly believe that as long as I watch the calories and portion size we can eat everything...It keeps us from being caught in a rut that we are bound to abandon!

I can't believe no one has mentioned my favorite yet- www.kalynskitchen.com. She posts mostly South Beach recipes (low-glycemic index), but those will fit into almost any diet plan.
Just made her Sriracha Meatballs for the Superbowl and they were a huge hit.
