    I like Food.com and Delish.com - these websites have a recipe scale that changes the number of servings you want to serve.
    We have two in my family.. I usually select 4 so that I have another meal I can serve for a lunch or dinner.

    We have only two in our family as well.. and I usually cook a bit more for another meal..I love cooking and.I firmly believe that as long as I watch the calories and portion size we can eat everything...It keeps us from being caught in a rut that we are bound to abandon!

  • I can't believe no one has mentioned my favorite yet- www.kalynskitchen.com. She posts mostly South Beach recipes (low-glycemic index), but those will fit into almost any diet plan.

    Just made her Sriracha Meatballs for the Superbowl and they were a huge hit.
